About the Session
Building a human capital strategy is often a difficult task for CHROs. Lessons learned on it are rarely captured or published. This interactive workshop will be anchored on a scenario, where the HR function is transforming to infuse AI in HR. We will: Share Gartner’s CHROs strategy on a page with top lessons learnt from other CHROs who are going and/or have gone through this scenario, give you a chance to workshop your own strategy with other participants and create network opportunities with peers.
