Networking and security functions are increasingly converging. This is also a topic of discussion with the NOC and SOC. While there is no clear-cut answer for whether organizations should merge their NOC and SOC, there are drivers and outcomes for whether to converge or not. In this session, we will review the trends we see in the market as well as the reasons to converge the NOC and SOC and reasons not to, with the goal of providing guidance on this question.
