Team registration & Discounts:

Cancellations & Substitutions:
There is no penalty for cancellations received prior to 23 March, 2007. Cancellations received between 24 March and 6 April, will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after 7 April will be responsible for full payment of the conference fee.
