  • Tactical Compensation Information: Includes base pay, total cash compensation (including annual incentive/bonus, project milestone and other short-term incentives information)-all based on market data.
  • Comprehensive IT Job Descriptions: Providing the best benchmark job descriptions in the marketplace, including emerging and difficult-to-find positions (152 jobs in 2009 edition, 141 in 2008).
  • Compensation Analysis Reports: Included in the study are findings on the factors that impact compensation levels (e.g., turnover rates, firm size, number of employees).
  • Data Cuts: Multiple views of the compensation data are provided by job title and in a summary format.
