Dear Colleague:

Our June Newsletter — short and sweet — will provide you with two quick updates: The AR Community 2 June webinar replay and supporting charts are now available on the Gartner AR Community website, and the Gartner Interactive Magic Quadrant Experience will include — starting 22 July 2 — Gartner Peer Insights!

Gartner AR Community 2 June webinar replay and supporting charts are now available: We had a great opportunity to share three important topics with the AR Community during our 2 June 2 webinar: 1) Details about the NEW inclusion of Gartner Peer Insights into the Gartner Interactive Magic Quadrant experience, 2) The resulting changes in the Gartner research process, and 3) Updates to the Gartner Copyright and Quote Policy. Please click here to listen to the replay of the webinar and to access the PDF of the Webinar charts.

New! Bringing Peer Insights User Reviews to the Gartner Interactive Magic Quadrant Experience: As covered in the webinar, since its public launch in October 2015, Gartner Peer Insights traffic and review volumes have more than tripled. Thousands of visitors every week are reading the reviews of enterprise technology solutions written by end-user professionals for end-user professionals, including Gartner clients. Those clients use Gartner Magic Quadrants as well as Peer Insights reviews in their technology purchase decision process and have asked for a way to see both sources in one place.

On Friday, 22 July 22, Gartner will enhance the Interactive Magic Quadrant experience to do just that. A new feature, the User Review tab, will provide a unique view that integrates perspectives from analyst-led research and advice in Magic Quadrants with the peer perspectives from Gartner Peer Insights reviews.

The new User Review tab, as part of the Interactive Magic Quadrant experience, gives established tech providers the opportunity to maximize market visibility in a given market while providing adjacent exposure to more emerging providers that did not qualify for inclusion in the Magic Quadrant but do participate in the market and receive reviews in Peer Insights.

Gartner is on a multiyear journey to enhance client satisfaction through innovation to the Magic Quadrant experience. Bringing the Gartner Peer Insights content into the interactive user experience moves us one step further by providing an easy-to-use and more comprehensive view to quickly understand market trends and dynamics.

Amplify the voice of your customers for your technology solutions by launching a campaign to get Peer Insights reviews today. Learn how to get started at the Tech Provider Info page. For more information on the new User Review tab in the Gartner Interactive Magic Quadrant, please watch the replay of the 2 June AR Community call.

As always, please send us your questions to, and we wish you much continued success with your Analyst Relations programs!
