Gartner "Peer Insights" — A New Beta Feature for Gartner IT End-User Clients: Gartner End-User Product Management is launching a Beta feature to entitled end-user clients that will compile IT professionals' firsthand experiences with vendor offerings to further help their peers make informed decisions. We've interviewed Sara Cronenwett, GVP, End-User Programs Product Marketing and Development, who will share her perspectives on this new Beta feature, and tell us what it will provide for IT end-user clients and what it will mean for our high-tech industry clients.
