Gartner strives to meet the highest standards for accuracy and thoroughness in our research and editorial coverage. When oversights occur, however, we will list them below.

"Customers Rate Their Data Quality Vendors on Product Functions" (G00218107) has been republished to correct errors in the format of the graphics, caused by a technical error. The document has now been republished with the corrected version of Figures 1 to 22. An updated version of the document is now available on gartner.com.
"Leverage Your Application Performance Monitoring Through the Application Life Cycle" (G00227165) was republished to add "Gomez 360-degree Web Load Testing solution" to the "Early Combos" in the Example Tools and Combinations section. A corrected version of the document is now available on gartner.com.

"Critical Capabilities for Government Budget Planning Products" (G00214312) has been revised to clarify that Lawson is now part of the Infor group. The corrected version is available on gartner.com.

"Benchmarking Your IT Service Availability Levels" (G00221553) has been republished to correct a calculation error in the first paragraph of the Measuring Actual IT Service Availability Levels section in the sample formula for calculating service disruption and availability. An updated version of this research is available on Gartner.com.
"HP Shifts to Offense With Its Mission-Critical x86 Server Blade Platform Strategy" (G00227855) was republished to reflect that HP would only be donating portions of operating system code, and that that operating system code was based on features in OpenVMS and NonStop, not just HP-UX (which we originally stated). An updated version of this document can now be found on gartner.com.
"Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Protection Platforms" (G00219355) has been republished to correct the name of Symantec's PC life cycle tool capability. Altiris is the correct name. An updated version of this document is available on gartner.com.

"Critical Capabilities for Enterprise Instant Messaging and Presence" (G00219267) contained incorrect graphics when initially published. The document has now been republished with corrected versions of Figures 1 to 5. An updated version of the document is now available on gartner.com.
"Benchmarking Your IT Service Availability Levels" (G00221553) has been republished to correct a calculation error in the first paragraph of the Analysis section in the sample formula for calculating theoretical availability. An updated version of this research is available on Gartner.com.
In "Crisis and Incident Management: The Role of Knowledge and Decision Modeling in Mass Evacuation System Design" (G00226115), all references to Smart Process Management have been changed to Adaptive Case Management. A corrected version of the document is now available on gartner.com.
"Magic Quadrant for Business Process Analysis Tools" (G00219247) has been updated to revise the presentation of the vendor name Software AG. The updated document is now available on gartner.com.

"Case Examples Show Mobility Putting Life Sciences in Motion" (G00219012) has been republished to correct an oversight by adding two mentions of Prolifiq Software, an emerging type of vendor that supports the content delivery function. An update version of this document is available on gartner.com.
"Competitive Landscape: Midmarket Manufacturing Focused ERP Software, North America, 2012" (G00219205) has been updated to modify the title and overview to increase searchability on the Gartner website and to more readily identify the industry audience. "Analysis of Uruguay as an Offshore Services Location" (G00219160) has been republished to correct an error in the second bullet of the Government Support section. The report had incorrectly stated that foreign direct investment in Uruguay was $1.63 billion in 2010. The correct figure is $2.36 billion. The revised report is available on gartner.com.

"Forecast: External Controller-Based Disk Storage, Worldwide, 2011-2015, 4Q11 Update" (G00226274) This report has been republished to correct data errors in Table 1-5. The affected categories are network-attached storage ($M) and annual change (%), and total ($M) and annual change (%). The affected years are 2011 through 2015, as well as the CAGR (%) for 2010-2015.
