AXA is spearheading global AI leadership by leveraging its Secure AI Model Garden, “SecureGPT,” and fostering cross-entity collaboration to deliver scalable and reusable AI solutions.However, as a federated organization—even with access to SecureGPT—AXA entities face the risk of fragmented development, leading to limited reusability, reduced scalability, and a proliferation of siloed AI solutions.
To address this, AXA has embarked on a two-fold journey:

Driving efficiency, standardization, and reduced implementation costs through shared, reusable AI capabilities.
2. Local AI & Data Foundations at Scale
Enabling each entity to build strong local foundations, creating a compounding effect of scalable AI adoption across diverse landscapes.
