Cancellation of
Gartner ReimagineHR Conference 2020 in Sydney

Due to ongoing concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19), Gartner has decided to cancel the Gartner ReimagineHR Conference, scheduled to take place in Sydney, 17 - 18 August 2020.

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we believe this is the right decision given the evolving public health risks.

We have contacted all registered attendees, exhibitors, and partners with details for their individual situations. If you were registered for the conference and need additional assistance, please contact us at

The New Employee Deal

The psychological contract between employers and employees is evolving. Today employees work everywhere- in the office and remotely. They’re as likely to rely on colleagues and peers, as they are their manager to get work done and if they leave the company, they often get rehired later. Welcome back, boomerangs. How can you plan for and invest in a future where these changes will continue to evolve?

At Gartner ReimagineHR Conference 2020 we’ll explore new ideas on how to run recruiting, performance management, development, total rewards, talent analytics, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Enhanced data transparency

Explore rewards, ethics, privacy, and security implications of employer access to employee data.

Evolving skills

Learn how to  shift from role-based HR relationships to skills-based relationships.
