Most cyber attacks now leverage compromised identities. IT is critical therefore to minimize access privileges and make access decisions based on the latest information across all systems in an enterprise. Open standards such as OpenID CAEP and AuthZen work together to enable enterprises to share information across all enterprise systems and make real-time decision based on the latest information. Transaction Tokens, a new standards proposals from the IETF, help propagate access decisions within an application or system. Together, these standards help build a comprehensive identity fabric, which vastly improves enterprise security.
