Sr Director Analyst
Jennifer Loveland is a Senior Research Director in the Operations, Industrial and High Tech team. Jennifer advises CSCOs and supply chain leaders on formulating an effective strategy and designing a supply chain to achieve that strategy. Key focus areas include developing customer intimacy to identify what customers value in supply chain, aligning supply chain strategy to corporate strategy, defining the competitive advantage supply chain provides, segmenting the operating model to handle complexity profitably and balance efficiency, agility, resilience and responsiveness. Her research seeks to create methodologies to standardize and break down theoretical concepts such as segmentation or agility to move from "buzz" to value. She is a thought leader on how to build a more modular and composable supply chain and enterprise operating model to thrive during persistent disruption and digital business transformation.
