Diego Neufert is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of EMS Group, leading technology strategy and digital transformation across one of the largest pharmaceutical organizations in Latin America. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, complemented by Business Management studies at Fundação Dom Cabral, Digital Leadership certification from Cornell Tech (New York), and executive education in Artificial Intelligence from MIT. Over the last decade, he has built extensive experience in complex and highly regulated industries, with leadership roles at Microsoft Innovation Center, América Latina Logística (ALL), TCP (China Merchants Ports), and Obramax (ADEO Group). Since joining EMS Group in 2022, he has led the creation of EMS Tech, the modernization of SAP S/4HANA, AWS cloud adoption, the implementation of a Databricks-based data platform, and the corporate AI strategy. He also oversees innovative digital products that drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer value.
