Ronaldo Neves Ribeiro is the CIO of CENIBRA. He brings over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and Industrial Automation, leading initiatives in Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence in industrial environments. Since 2011, he has served as IT and Telecommunications Manager at CENIBRA, where he has driven strategic programs focused on digitalization, innovation, and operational efficiency.
He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and is an Information Technology Management Specialist, and also earned an MBA in Business Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Riberio possesses a strong academic background, with more than 18 years of experience as a professor in undergraduate and graduate engineering programs. He actively contributes to key industry organizations, serving as a member of the ABTCP Executive Council, a representative in MEI/CNI, and formerly as Global Director of the ISA Pulp & Paper Division.
He is an international speaker at major technology events, including Software AG and SAP conferences, and has been recognized with the IT Executive of the Year award on three occasions.
