Does anyone have a sample Sales Enablement Scorecard that they are willing to share? I've seen a few posts about some KPIs that companies use to measure the impact of SE, but I have not seen a sample scorecard yet.

There are various types of Sales Enablement Scorecard. I saw one a few years back from Gartner 
1. A SE framework and strategy scorecard that guides through various progress level which i loved.
2. Depending on your company, they can be focusing on OKR and Outcomes or KPIs and Goals. It can be on various SE Tactics or Stakeholder Goals 

There are many scorecards available.
