Has anyone used a 3rd party vendor to onboard and train new sales hires? If so, please advise pros/cons and other advice! (We currently do this with in-house resources but are wondering if we could speed ramp to targets with a strategic partner.)

Thank you for your response, and I tend to agree 3rd party will have limited effectiveness with culture, product/service value prop for example.

I have not used one for only that purpose.
I know many people who hire Fractional CRO (for example) who then do this as part of their engagement but I don't think that is what you are asking.
I would be careful with this, as I can't imagine how a 3rd party can teach the new hire about company culture and product expertise effectively.
