At Symposium/ITxpo everyone wants to ask Gartner analysts the big questions - and get specific answers to their current challenges.
As a Symposium/ITxpo Attendee, you have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to three Gartner analysts in private half-hour One-on-One meetings.
WHO IS ENTITLED TO ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS?
One-on-One appointments are available to ALL fully registered Symposium delegates. You may schedule one (1) appointment per analyst, with a maximum of three (3) appointments during the course of Symposium/ITxpo 2005.

Our EXP members our exclusively invited to pre book up to a total of four (4) One-On-One appointments for Tuesday 8, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 November 2005.

PRE-BOOKING ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS
Pre-bookings will be accepted for Tuesday 8 November 2005 ONLY. A confirmation email of your One-on-One appointment for Tuesday 8 November will be sent to you by Friday 21 October 2005.
The last day for submitting requests to pre-book One-on-One Appointments for Symposium/ITxpo 2005 in Cannes, was 21 of October and we are hence unable to process any further pre booking requests at this point. To arrange / confirm / change a One-on-One Appointment, please come to the One-on-One Booking Desk from 12.00 - 20.00 on Sunday 6 November, on level 1 of the Palais des Festivals, where we will be happy to accommodate your request.
All requests for Gartner Analyst One-On-Ones will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
PLEASE NOTE: One-on-One sessions at Symposium/ITxpo 2005, are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts.
WHAT IS A GARTNER ANALYST/USER ROUNDTABLE SESSION?
All end-user attendees at the event are invited to register for Analyst/User Roundtable. These 45-minute discussions are focused on a specific conference topic, moderated by a Gartner analyst, and are limited to eight (8) end-user attendees per session. The Analyst/User Roundtable are a great forum for hearing what your industry peers are experiencing on topics and issues similar to yours. The analysts kick-off and moderate the sessions and will also add relevant research and user experiences to the discussion.

One-on-Ones are available exclusively to paid, registered conference attendees and are not available to ITxpo Exhibitors or Exhibitor Conference Session Pass holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to three (3) One-on-Ones during Symposium/ITxpo 2005, each with a different analyst or consultant.
