Gartner Offers Free CRM Webcast Live Broadcast on 20 September, 2001
STAMFORD, CONN., September 19, 2001 -- Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT and ITB) will present its CRM Webcast 2001 live on September 20, 2001, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. EDT. The Webcast features highlights of six selected sessions from Gartner's 2001 CRM Summit, held September 10-12 in Orlando, Florida, condensed into three hours. The event may be accessed via Gartner's Web site, and is available to the public at no cost.

Streaming video and audio technology will enable Webcast participants to receive research presentations containing analysis and actionable advice on five CRM topic areas. Registered attendees will be able to engage in live Q&A with Gartner analysts, and take part in ongoing audience polling on critical CRM issues.

"A company's most important relationship is with their customers, and their needs if left unsatisfied will allow more agile competitors with great value propositions steal these customers away," said Jeff Golterman, group vice president and research group director for Gartner. "This is a unique opportunity for anyone who's involved with CRM business strategies to understand how to best develop more profitable customer relationships."
