In Research report M-14-3380, Consumer Goods Industry SFA 2H0l Magic Quadrant, October 1, 2001, we inadvertently reported that ASI Business Solutions, Inc, (ASI) had been acquired. This may have given the erroneous impression that ASI no longer provides products and services in the CRM market. This statement is a correction of this error. ASI continues to design and deliver CRM solutions for pharmaceutical sales and marketing. They are active in the prescription, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and over-the-counter (OTC) markets, and their client base includes many well-known pharmaceutical companies.

The reference to NetWare in the earlier, uncorrected research Server Market Predictions for 2002 (HARD-WW-DP-0172), did not accurately reflect the recommendations of Gartner. Any questions regarding Gartner's position on Novell and Netware should be addressed to the authors of this research.
