About the Session
FineToday was carved out from Shiseido in 2021, building its IT landscape centered on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across 11 countries and regions using a "D>C>Q" and "Fit to Standard" approach. This session shares the story behind that transformation along with our IT division's original "BITA" and "DSK" concepts. For continuously evolving SaaS platforms, maximizing post-implementation value matters far more than the initial rollout in both cost efficiency and organizational capability, and generative AI represents the greatest opportunity to do so. Yet AI also poses a paradox: it may undermine the knowledge creation cycles that sustain organizational learning. We will share how FineToday is addressing both this opportunity and this challenge.
