CIO Experience Keynote: Adapt to Thrive: Driving Data for Good and Building Your Adaptability Quotient (AQ)

Technology is neither good or bad, nor is it neutral. That’s why we have to set our intentions right. If organizations want to deliver enduring success in a digital world, they must understand the need to act ethically, be unbiased, inclusive and use their data for good. Whilst digital transformation is, of course, enabled through technology, the human dimension is just as important. It’s not the machines vs humans — it’s machines and humans working in collaboration to augment our intelligence and capability.

Therefore it is important to foster what Harvard Business Review calls “the new competitive advantage” — your Adaptability Quotient (AQ). You’ve heard of IQ and EQ; this century belongs to those that are quick to read change and act on its signals. This keynote will dive into current cutting-edge applications and new ideas about how you can prepare for change, and take advantage of a dazzling array of unprecedented opportunities as data and AI transform almost every aspect of the world in which we live, work and play.
