About the Session
Resilience is the fundamental parameter by which the I&O organization is measured. The massive technological evolution we are experiencing, the need for accelerated delivery and development, and the resulting ecosystem complexity generate potential systemic risks to that resilience parameter. These risks hinder the ability of teams to move forward with new strategic transformations, due to the significant effort they must dedicate to resolving major incidents, which are becoming increasingly frequent in this type of environment. The SRE initiative is enabling us to strengthen those resilience levels and make quality time available to tackle the new demands that our businesses require.
