Alexander Bant is a team leader for the Finance Executive Advisor team. His team is responsible for presenting and contextualizing research and benchmarking for more than 1200 companies. They remain focused on high-quality interactions that help drive retention of finance clients, which is an $80M portion of the GBS portfolio. His team also supports new seat-based sales interactions for Gartner for finance leaders product. Mr. Bant spends a large portion of his time on on-going integration activities related to the CEB acquisition. Specially, launching RCS for GBS businesses, seat-based product launch training for sales, ensuring the CP-led service model drives higher CRR, moving to client connect, launching QVR for legacy CEB advisors and working with R&A strategy on resource modeling, hiring and change management. Mr. Bant received 2017 Firm Value Award for Member Impact.
