Employee listening via voice of the employee (VoE) provides data to improve employee experience for enterprise impact and fusion team alignment beyond the HR realm. EX is a collective effort across functions — one impacted greatly by the technology and digital landscape created for the workforce. Digital workplace leaders can learn how to use VoE data to work within fusion teams to support enterprise channel strategies, digitally embed new and efficient ways of working, and enhance the EVP.
