The CHRO Circle is an exclusive program designed for Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) to enhance their skills as HR and business leaders. This program is the ideal opportunity for CHROs to connect with peers across regions and industries to share best practices and gain new perspectives on future challenges and opportunities.

Applicants must meet the following qualification criteria to participate:

  1. Enterprisewide Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), or
  2. Business unit or regional Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) responsible for:
    • Private sector: 5,000+ employees
    • Public sector: 1,000+ employees

Qualifying CHROs from an HR vendor or consultancy must be involved exclusively in their organization’s internal HR operations.

You can apply to participate in the CHRO Circle when you register for Gartner ReimagineHR Conference by verifying you are the CHRO or most senior HR leader within your organization. You will be notified by email regarding the status of your application.

Application and approval are required for participation.
