About the Session
In this session, General Mills will bring to life their vision for an AI Native, customer first Operating Model. They are redesigning how people, process and technology interact to run their supply chain and manage decisions for cost and growth. They will share the journey to build foundations in data, to scale AI, and redesign process and ways of working. Specific focus will be on how performance management, S&OE and S&OP forums are being transformed and connected in one AI driven platform. They will also highlight real use cases where capabilities are being extended to their customers and suppliers in a holistic ecosystem.
