About the Session
In an era of rapid change, the culture of IT organizations and the leadership of CIOs are increasingly critical. In this workshop, participants will conduct a current-state assessment of IT organizational culture, identifying strengths and weaknesses, as well as cultural factors that may hinder transformation. Then, participants will define a vision for their ideal IT culture, the evolving role of CIO leadership and develop action plans. Through dialogue, they will clarify the path forward.
