About the Session
The modern CIO role has become too complex for one person to manage alone. The office of the CIO (OCIO) serves as a support structure to complement the CIO, enabling a focus on strategy and transformation. In this workshop, participants will take the first step in (re)establishing an OCIO by drafting a "CIO office charter," including a leadership profile vision. We will identify the OCIO's true role within your organization and develop an initial action plan to drive short- and long-term results.
