The deadline to reserve your hotel room at the Gartner discounted rate is 5:00pm on Monday, January 25, 2027.

You’ll need to register for the conference before you can book your hotel room.

Standard rooms at $322 (based on single occupancy and exclusive of VAT)

• A limited number of per diem rated rooms are available to qualified attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to/from the following hotels and Gartner CIO Leadership Forum. The exact times and routes will be posted on Conference Navigator closer to the start of the conference.
