First, you’ll need to register for the conference before you can book your hotel room. Hotel reservations can then be made by signing into your conference registration profile and selecting Book Hotel. If you haven’t completed your profile, you may be asked to answer a few brief questions before you can make your reservation.
Please note that provisional reservations are not permitted and reservations at the special Gartner rate can’t be made directly with the hotel. Calls to the hotel will be redirected to the Gartner Conferences team.
Will a minimum-night stay be required?
A two-night minimum stay is required.
Are rooms available at a government rate for public-sector attendees?
A limited number of rooms are available at the GSA per diem rate for qualified United States government officials and military travelers. All reservations made at the government rate are subject to review, and a valid government or military ID will be required at check-in for the hotel to reconfirm your eligibility to receive the per diem rate.
Government room rates are quoted at the current GSA per diem rate and are subject to change if GSA rates are adjusted by the government.
If the public-sector rate is no longer available, you’ll be offered a room at the commercial rate. If you choose to book at the commercial rate, the price can’t be adjusted, regardless of your public-sector status. The rate listed in your confirmation email will be the rate charged by the hotel.

T on January 22, 2021, the hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit of the two-night minimum stay, including applicable taxes and resort fees, to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
