What payment methods do you offer?

Payment can be made by check, credit card or invoice with PO number. Gartner clients can contact their Gartner representative to inquire about using Gartner conference tickets as partial or full payment. Payment should be made prior to the conference.

Are there any speaking opportunities at the conference?

Opportunities to present are generally available at Gartner conferences. Please fill out the form here and a representative from Gartner Conferences will contact you.

What is included as part of a virtual conference experience?

The virtual conference features guest keynotes, Gartner expert presentations, case studies, interactive sessions facilitated by Gartner experts, access to leading solution providers and on-demand content.

Do I need to preregister for any sessions?

Interactive sessions, such as roundtables, workshops and Ask the Expert sessions, are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees, excluding exhibitors and exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of high demand and limited availability, we recommend that you register in advance. 

 

Can I chat with Gartner during the conference for real-time help? 

Yes. The Ask Us feature is available when you register and throughout the conference. You can find the “live chat” bubble at the bottom of each page. The Gartner Conference Portal also has an Ask Us button to help answer your questions.
 

How can I access the conference and navigate the sessions?

The Gartner Conference Portal is a one-stop shop for attendees to build their agenda, navigate sessions and activities, meet with leading solution providers and watch available on-demand content. Registered attendees receive attendee communications prior to the start of the virtual conference with additional information on navigating the portal and how to build personalized agendas.
 

Is my attendance limited if I am not currently a Gartner client?

No. As long as you have fully paid your registration fee, you have access to all conference activities open to you along with Gartner session documentation.  
 

Are there limited attendee sessions that I need to sign up for?

Yes. You will need to sign up in advance for some sessions, such as workshops, roundtables and Ask the Expert sessions. If you try to register for a session and it is listed as “full” or “closed,” there is still a possibility you can attend. Check the Gartner Conference Portal during the conference to see if space has opened up. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up for Gartner one-on-one meetings?

Gartner one-on-one meetings are available exclusively to paid registered full conference attendees. They are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of the high demand, each attendee may reserve one 30-minute one-on-one meeting with a Gartner expert. Preregistration for one-on-one meetings and small-group sessions are available through the Gartner Conference Portal. To accommodate time zones, one-on-one meetings run between 08:00 and 20:00 IST each day of the conference.


Am I guaranteed the expert of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with a Gartner expert in a private 30-minute one-on-one meeting. Because of the high demand for particular experts, speaker selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.


Are there any restrictions around Gartner one-on-one meetings?

One-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with experts. The expert reserves the right to stop the meeting if this occurs. Gartner clients interested in briefing analysts should email the Vendor Relations department at vendor.briefings@gartner.com to schedule a meeting following the conference.

What should I do before the virtual conference begins?

  • Complete your profile with your interests and priorities and you will be presented with recommended sessions to build your agenda.

  • Build your agenda from a live agenda page in the Gartner Conference Portal and download directly to your Outlook calendar or iCalendar.

  • Register in advance for any roundtables, Gartner one-on-one meetings or workshops you’d like to attend.

  • Explore the Exhibitor Engagement Zone in the Gartner Conference Portal to discover which technology leaders align to your key initiatives and schedule one-on-one meetings.

Will content be available on demand after the conference is over?

Most presentations will be available to registered attendees on-demand in the Gartner Conference Portal for three months (90 days) after the conference. Some of the interactive sessions and Q&As will not be recorded or available.

The Gartner Conference Portal can be accessed from the conference website in the top right. Only registered attendees will have access to the portal and conference materials.

Am I able to purchase a copy of the attendee list?

No. Gartner does not post or sell attendee lists. For more details, please review the registration terms and conditions.

Please be advised that in the conference industry, we often come across fraudulent service providers that claim to be able to offer attendee lists or discounted passes. Gartner has not authorized anyone to contact you on our behalf, and we encourage you to avoid these attempts by not engaging with suspicious emails or calls as they are phishing scams. If you have been contacted by such a provider, please inform Gartner at ReportPhishing@gartner.com

1. What is Gartner Conferences doing to cultivate an inclusive experience?

The Gartner Conferences team is committed to creating a respectful, friendly and inclusive experience for all participants. Diversity, equity and inclusion are core components of Gartner culture, and we take pride in bringing together a community that is welcoming and thoughtful of others. Looking toward future in-person conferences, we are in the process of planning elements such as gender pronoun pins, prayer/meditation rooms, parent/mother rooms, and accessibility ambassadors, to help foster a deeper sense of inclusion and further enable attendees to bring their whole selves to the conference.
 

2. How do I communicate my accessibility needs?

We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive conference experience for all participants. If you have an accessibility-related need for a conference, please let us know in your registration profile or email us directly at GlobalConferences@gartner.com, ideally at least three weeks prior to the conference. Once we receive your request, one of our accessibility ambassadors will contact you.
