Health & Safety Measures

We are excited and prepared to return to in-person conferences this year. Over the coming months we will continue to monitor and adhere to government, venue and health agency guidelines and recommendations as we plan our in-person programs.

As a part of our commitment to creating the safest possible environment for our community given current infection rates around the globe, we will be requiring all attendees, exhibitors, staff and partners participating in this year’s in-person conferences to present proof of at least 2 doses of vaccination (and that a minimum of 2 weeks have passed since the second dose) and agree to follow our Health & Safety Policy, in addition to wearing masks, measuring body temperature, and sanitizing hands prior to entry into the venue.

  • To prevent transmission of the virus, you will be denied entry if you:

    • Have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius (99.5 Fahrenheit) or higher, or 1 degree Celsius higher than normal temperature,

    • Have a cough, shortness of breath, general malaise, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, loss of taste and smell, eye pain/redness, headache, diarrhea, or nausea/vomiting,

    • Have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), or

    • Have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required a post-entry observation period within the past 14 days prior to the date of the event, and/or have been in close contact with a resident of such a country or region.

  • Please wear a non-woven mask instead of a cloth or urethane mask.

In addition to the above attendance criteria, we will also implement a set of operational planning measures to help create a clean and safe conference:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the event space

  • Decreased capacity and minimized congestion where possible across the venue, including more space in aisleways

  • Touchless or reduced contact interactions throughout the conference
