Members of the media may register for complimentary passes to any Gartner event by contacting the Media Relations department. Please contact the media relations associate in the region the conference will be held, and they can assist you in registering for the event. Please be prepared to provide one or more of the following:
- Photo Identification
- Copies of by-lined stories (published within the past six months)
- A copy of the publication masthead clearly identifying the reporter as part of the editorial staff or
- A letter or memo outlining a specific story assignment from a publication (for freelance reporters)
- If registering onsite at the event without pre-registration, a business card or employment documentation
Registered members of the media will have full access to all exhibit halls, keynote addresses and conference sessions.
