How do I make a hotel reservation?
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel properties. Registered attendees will find reservation links to Gartner’s partner hotels in your registration confirmation email. Using these links will ensure that you receive the Gartner discounted rate. Please note, all reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore rates are subject to availability at the hotel at the time of booking.

How do I change or cancel my hotel reservation?
If you need to change or cancel your hotel reservation please contact the hotel directly.
When will I receive my Hotel Confirmation number?
You will receive a hotel confirmation number directly from the hotel once you book your room using the hotel’s reservation link.
Will my credit card be charged a deposit?
Yes, after the booking deadline your credit card will be charged a nonrefundable deposit equal to your entire length of stay, including taxes and fees.
I received a phone call from someone saying they can offer me a room at a lower rate or at a different hotel. Is this a scam?
It is possible that you may receive phone calls, emails or see websites from unaffiliated organizations and individuals who claim to be acting on behalf of Gartner and offer assistance booking a hotel room for the conference. Please note that Gartner has not authorized them, or anyone else, to contact you on our behalf. Gartner does not recommend that you do business with them or provide them with your contact or payment information or other personal details. If you choose to do so, you solely assume the risk.
