Workshop: The BPM Zoo - BPM Stakeholder Management (Please note this session is available for end users only.)
15 March, 2012 (13:00 - 15:00)
The hardest thing about doing any change centered work in an organization is dealing with people. In the perfect world, everyone would be cooperative, enthusiastic and engaged. In the real world, people have competing interests and often define their own priorities as very different from the goals of your current initiatives. With that reality in mind, this workshop is designed to offer a way to organize and manage stakeholders. (Pre-registration required, limited to 30 delegates, end-user delegates only)
Roundtable: Process Visibility (Please note this session is available for end users only.)
15 March, 2012 (14:00 - 15:00)
Process visibility is one of the key tenets of BPM. Organizations are challenged to keep their eye on what is happening in their organization from an operational perspective. Processes are a key component to watch for emerging trends while ensuring operational excellence. Come and hear what others are experiencing.
