Cancellations and Substitutions

• Under French VAT law Gartner cannot include French VAT on credit notes issued to companies who do not have a valid French VAT ID. All cancellations, changes for tickets / promotional codes, substitutions and registration up/down grades will be subject to this ruling. French VAT can be reclaimed from the French Tax Authorities under either the 8th (EU companies) or 13th (non-EU companies) Directives. Should you require further assistance in this matter please contact your usual tax adviser as unfortunately Gartner is unable to give tax advice to its clients.
• Registrations may be refunded or a ticket re-activated, if the cancellation is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event.
• Cancellations received within 15 business days of an event or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated.
• Registrations with a balance due canceled within 15 days of the event will receive a cancellation penalty invoice for the full registration amount due.
• Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.
• "No Shows" will be considered a cancellation within the 15 day policy where full penalty will be enforced.
• Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted.
• This conference is organized by Gartner. Gartner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Gartner's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
