Women in Technology: Evaluating When It's Not You, It's the Environment: Getting Unstuck at Work

Women are often told we need to "do more" to advance our careers. We are told to be more confident, to ask for that promotion, to adjust to the leadership culture. But research shows women already ARE doing more to get ahead. In this panel, Gartner experts will explore how you can evaluate when the lack of support for your career is out of your own decision control, but rather is the responsibility of the environment that needs to "do more" for women. We'll look at ways to respond to that environment and make sure that you don't sacrifice your identity and get "stuck" somewhere you don't want to be.
Join us afterward for a networking event where you are invited to explore and exchange a workplace identity. This reception is open and welcoming of ALL genders and identities.
