  Gartner is an Official ISC2® CPE Submitter and will submit credits based on the content in this conference.
  
  How to Receive Credits: Attendees are required to complete the CISSP, CAP, SSCP or CSSLP Certificate Holder form while onsite at the event. ISC2® Members must provide their name, certification number or ISC2® number and their email address. These Certificate Holder forms are available at the Gartner Information Booth.
  
  Gartner will send this information on behalf of the member directly to ISC2 who will post the credits to each member's account. The number of credits you will receive from ISC2® is under review.
  
  

• ISACA (CISA, CISM, and CGEIT)

  
  CPE hours are available as outlined in their Continuing Education Policy: (www.isaca.org/cisacpepolicy, www.isaca.org/cismcpepolicy, www.isaca.org/cgeitcpepolicy). This policy states that as an attendee to an event, you would claim 1 CPE for every 50 minutes (50 min. = 1 CPE) for the duration of the conference (excluding lunch time).

  • CISA — if such courses advance the CISA's IS audit, control and security or audit-related managerial knowledge or skills.
  • CGEIT — if such courses advance the CGEIT's IT governance knowledge or skills.
  How to Receive Credit: Gartner will provide Verification of Attendance to an attendee interested in ISACA CPE. The Verification of Attendance form is available at the Gartner Information Booth. All Attendees will be required to complete this form and are responsible for sending it directly sending to ISACA. To submit their course work, please contact: certification@isaca.org.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Registrations may be refunded or a ticket re-activated, if the cancellation is made in writing up to 15 business days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received within 15 business days of an event or non-attendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Sharing of attendee passes is not permitted. This conference is organized by Gartner which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. Gartner's receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.
