Clayton M. Christensen is the Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, and is widely regarded as one of the world's foremost experts on innovation and growth. In 2000, Christensen founded Innosight, a consulting firm that uses his theories of innovation to help companies create new growth businesses. The bestselling author of five books, Christensen has recently focused the lens of disruptive innovation on social issues such as education and healthcare.

Prior to joining VMware in 2008, Paul Maritz served as president of the cloud infrastructure and services division at EMC after the company's acquisition of Pi, where he was the founder and CEO. Previously, he spent 14 years at Microsoft as a member of the executive committee. He currently serves on the board of VMware and several privately held software companies, and maintains an active interest in wildlife issues and the use of technology to improve life in developing countries.

He holds a joint appointment at New York University and is a fellow at Harvard's Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
