Previous Experience

Ms. Genovese began her career as an engineer at Lockheed and Milliken. She joined IBM in the early 1980s, where she was part of the marketing team that developed the marketing plan and launched the personal computer. Over her 12-year tenure at IBM, she was also a product manager, systems engineer and consulting director. Mrs. Genovese left IBM to start her own consulting business. After selling that business, she joined Marcam as CMO and later moved on to be the CMO at Mapics.
