Suzanne has been working in IT since 1980, and has been in government and higher education management and executive roles since the mid 1990s, including a CIO role. As a consultant following the CIO role, Suzanne worked with executive clients on IT strategy and planning, best practices, organizational design and change management, with a focus on governance, IT service management and project management.
