Matthew Charlet is a Peer & Practitioner researcher for midsized enterprise CIOs. Previously Mr. Charlet managed the Enterprise Architecture Leadership Council, developing research and tools that help Chief Enterprise Architects better manage their function. He brings a broad range of perspectives to EA leaders, having previously worked with CIOs, heads of R&D, Corporate Strategy leaders, and Infrastructure managers. Across working with these diverse leaders, his focus has largely remained on how to balance innovation with keep-the-lights on investments in uncertain environments. He has been able to bring a variety of lenses to challenging prioritization problems, adapting economics, business architecture, and consumer product design ideas to technology investment prioritization challenges. He has also spent several years presenting to executive audiences and facilitating workshops for IT leaders and their teams.
