Roles and Responsibilities

Sham Gill is a member of Gartner's Global Financial Services Industry Research and Advisory team. The primary focus of Mr. Gill's research is P&C/non-life insurance, covering digital transformation, legacy modernization and vendor solutions. Prior to joining Gartner, he worked at SSP where he was the Head of Strategy and Proposition, before becoming the Managing Director for the SSP Financial Services business. As part of the senior management team at SSP, he helped the business to grow, transform and become a leader in the insurance software sector. He has also previously worked for Sapiens and Unisys.
