Nadia Bulkin is a Director in Gartner’s Finance practice. She analyzes trends in forward-looking finance organizational design and finance talent strategy, with a special focus on the skills and competencies finance teams will need to succeed in an age of AI. In her prior role as a team manager in the Finance practice, she designed upskilling programs, change management messaging, and retention strategies.
Prior to Gartner, Nadia worked in international strategic consulting, managing a portfolio of U.S. defense industry clients active in the Asia-Pacific and analyzing political and economic regional risks. Throughout her professional career, she has continuously dedicated creative energy to process improvement and proactive talent development.
