K. Alexandra Lowe (Alex) has more than 10 years of IT planning and implementation experience for both public and private-sector clients. Her expertise in architecture and technology includes enterprise architecture program design and development, enterprise information management, enterprise technology architecture design, and solution architecture design, development and integration. Miss Lowe also has extensive experience with program management, software and database development, technology sourcing/vendor selection, advanced analytics, and performance management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Miss Lowe worked as a managing consultant for IBM's Global Consulting practice, managing and delivering enterprise architecture, information management and analytical projects for clients in the federal and commercial space.
