Andrew Bales is a Principal Analyst within the Secure Business and Infrastructure practice at Gartner. Mr. Bales' area of research and expertise is Data Security, including topics such a DLP vendors, DLP best practices and DLP strategy, Data Classification vendors, best practices and strategies, along with Data Masking vendors and best practices.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Bales worked as an Enterprise DLP Analyst at a managed security services provider, working on development of DLP programs, DLP policy development/compliance, and DLP incident management and governance.
