Prior to joining Gartner, he was a senior manager of Cybersecurity & Privacy Protection Consulting at Ernst & Young, a manager of IT Security, Risk and Compliance at BMW Brilliance Automotive, and a technical specialist at IBM.
Throughout his career in security advisory and management roles, Mr. Chen has supported IT leaders to acknowledge security initiatives, established security organization, and chosen reliable technology solutions and vendors to enable organizations to achieve its cybersecurity and compliance objectives.
