Arj Bagga is a Vice President, Team Manager in Gartner's Business & Technology Insights team, working with clients across the areas of Human Capital, People Strategy, Change Management, Organization Design and Performance Management. Arj has developed a well-rounded, in-depth knowledge of progressive workforce strategies and trends through partnering with diverse organizations across the energy and utilities, retail, financial services, FMCG and government, and not-for-profits sectors among others.
