Autumn Stanish is a Principal Analyst with Gartner in the Digital Workplace Infrastructure & Operations group. Her research addresses end-user device trends in the future of work, procurement models and best practices, as well as modern strategies for device management throughout the lifecycle. In addition to end-user equipment, she also helps clients build digital employee experience (DEX) strategies and acquire necessary tooling, as well as supports IT leaders with critical research around green IT and sustainability with I&O.
Prior to Gartner, Ms. Stanish was a researcher and social entrepreneurial project manager with a key focus on empowering the personal and professional development of individuals within underrepresented communities. She has written a book titled Monologues from the Homeless of Saint Augustine in which she chronicles the present and past socioeconomic challenges faced by individuals who experience homelessness.
