Beleah Kollue is a Principal Analyst in Gartner's CIO and AI Leaders Practice. She advises CIOs and senior technology leaders on demonstrating and communicating the business value of IT, helping them translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes. Her research focuses on business value metrics, IT performance measurement, stakeholder communication, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including AI. Beleah helps technology leaders build stronger alignment with business partners by expressing IT value in language that resonates across the enterprise.
Before joining Gartner, Beleah produced evidence-based policy research, risk assessments, and impact evaluations on global and regional security issues for national governments, international organizations, and civil society organizations, including entities within the United Nations system, the European Union, and CARICOM. She also evaluated governance frameworks within international and regional funding institutions, identifying systemic inefficiencies in resource allocation and opportunities to improve program effectiveness, accountability, and organizational outcomes.
