Vice President, Research, Financial Services Practice
Ben is a Washington DC-based VP with Gartner's Financial Services Practice with over twenty years of experience in consulting and business intelligence solutions. The scope of his experience includes financial services and corporate strategy with a focus on developing growth strategies and driving change at large financial institutions.
As a VP of Advisory within Gartner's Financial Services Practice, Ben works with senior executives and their teams around the world to address some of today's most pressing financial services challenges, including digital business innovation; enhancing the client experience; developing a world-class talent bench; responding to technology disruption; and driving sales transformation.
Prior to joining Gartner's Financial Services Practice, Ben spent many years in research, advisory, and product management within CEB, now Gartner's Strategy Practice. He received a degree in History from Haverford College.
Over the past 21 years he has worked in research, advisory, and product management at CEB, now Gartner, spanning across the company's FS, strategy and R&D practices.
