Brandon Medford is a Principal Analyst at Gartner who focuses his research on the cloud service market, including cloud services (such as IaaS and PaaS), cloud-managed and professional services, content delivery services, and broad cloud technology trends. Mr. Medford advises both service provider and end-user clients in these markets with a balanced perspective on how technology and service solutions address operational requirements. He brings expertise in product management, product marketing, market strategies, cloud strategy and migration planning, and cloud management (including cloud service expense management).
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Medford accelerated technology strategy in a variety of small and midsize organizations scaling for growth and filling a variety of roles, such as system owner, product manager, analyst and system management. These organizations spanned multiple vertical industries, most notably healthcare, banking, and technology services.
